The Shoei Neotec 3 is a premium modular touring helmet engineered for riders who want full face protection, convenient flip up access, refined highway aerodynamics, strong ventilation, and seamless communication integration. Shoei developed the shell, chin bar, shield, sun visor, interior, and airflow system as one complete platform rather than treating the modular mechanism as an add on. What improved over the Neotec II The Neotec 3 is a genuine redesign rather than a cosmetic refresh. Shoei retained the familiar modular touring concept, then revised the systems that most directly affect visibility, airflow, wind management, everyday operation, and communication integration. New CNS 3C shield system: The Neotec II used the CNS 3 shield with side mounted operation. The Neotec 3 moves to a newly developed CNS 3C shield with a center locking tab. The new shape improves sealing around the eye port, reduces optical distortion, and allows balanced opening with either hand.
