Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items from your order. This period allows you to check the fit and accommodate shipping times.
Return Options
- Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

- If the new items cost less, we'll credit you the difference.
- If the new items cost more, we'll contact you to arrange payment for the difference.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards and downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
Special Return Restrictions
- Helmets: May be returned within 7 days if the fit is incorrect and there are no signs of wear. Due to their construction, we cannot verify internal damage; therefore, helmets must be unworn.
- Electronics: May be returned within 7 days if in unaltered, original packaging. This ensures all customers receive new products.
To initiate a return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase and a note specifying your request (e.g., refund, exchange). Please send returns directly to us unless otherwise instructed by an Eagle Leather representative.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.
- Approved Refunds: We will process your refund promptly. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved, we will contact you within 48 hours to determine an appropriate solution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Wait the Specified Timeframe: Please allow 5-10 business days from the approval date for the refund to appear in your account.
- Contact Your Financial Institution: If the refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company for more information.

Sale Items

Defective or Damaged Items

Gifts

If the Item Was Marked as a Gift When Purchased and Shipped Directly to You:
- You may exchange the item for any product in our store. Refer to the Return Options section for details on exchanging items of different values.
- Alternatively, you can opt to have the return value transferred to a gift card.

If the Item Wasn't Marked as a Gift or Was Shipped to the Gift Giver:
- The refund will go to the original payment method, and the gift giver will be notified of the return.
