Ride Ready, Delivered Right
We know you want your gear fast and hassle-free. Here’s how we get it from our shelves (or suppliers) to your door, and what you can expect every step of the way.

1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Options

Contiguous 48 U.S. States

  • Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $69 (before tax, after discounts) ship free via ground service within the lower 48 states.
  • Most “In-Store” items ship from Lakewood, WA within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
  • “Drop-Ship” items ship direct from our suppliers—usually within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed after our Friday shipping cutoff or on weekends start processing Monday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments—we’ll notify you if so, or if there are any unexpected delays.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

Carriers

  • We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx for most shipments (daily pickup at our store).
  • Other carriers (like DHL) available by request; may cause delays due to special pickup needs.
  • If you want a specific carrier, contact us before you order.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Ground: 5–7 business days (estimated, not guaranteed)
  • 2-Day: By end of the 2nd business day after shipment
  • 3-Day: By end of the 3rd business day after shipment
  • Next Day: Next business day after shipment

Orders must be placed by 12:30 PM Pacific for same-day pickup (latest pickup is 2:30 PM Pacific). Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday volume. If you have a deadline, contact us before you order.

2. Shipping Beyond the Contiguous U.S.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories

  • Orders generally ship via USPS; please allow 1–5 extra business days for processing.
  • Urgent order? Contact us for options.

APO/FPO/DPO

  • We ship via USPS. Be sure to provide full recipient details (name, rank, unit, APO/FPO/DPO address, 9-digit ZIP).
  • Processing may take an extra 1–5 business days.

International Orders

  • International orders ship via USPS unless arranged otherwise. Please allow 1–5 extra business days for processing.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All import/VAT/duty/fees are your responsibility. If your package is refused or abandoned, any fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delays may occur due to customs or required paperwork, which are out of our control.

3. Address Accuracy & Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in extra fees (charged by the carrier) that you’ll be responsible for.
  • If a shipment is in transit and needs to be changed or held for pickup, there may be a $15 fee per shipment (covers carrier charges; subject to change).
  • Signature is usually NOT required—unless it’s a high-value item, or you request it. Just ask before your order ships.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we’re not liable for theft or disappearance. We’ll help file a claim with the carrier, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund until their investigation is complete.

4. Order Cancellation & Back-Orders

  • Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us ASAP. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll do our best to help.
  • If your order has already shipped, we’ll provide return instructions.
  • We don’t currently offer back-orders. If an item is out of stock, reach out for updates or alternatives.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returning or exchanging something that isn’t defective? You pay return shipping.
  • First-time exchanges: you pay to send the item back, we cover shipping for the first exchange to you. After that, you’re responsible for both ways.
  • If your item is damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll provide a prepaid label or a solution.
  • International customers: responsible for return shipping and all fees/duties.
  • Refunds: Usually appear within 5–7 business days of us receiving/inspecting your return.
  • Replacements: Shipped after we confirm the issue and process necessary paperwork.

6. Oversized, Hazardous & Specialty Items

  • Hazardous items: (like chemicals, paint) can only ship by ground to the lower 48 states, and will be clearly labeled at checkout.
  • Tires: We only ship tires to the lower 48 states.
  • Oversized items: (ramps, fairings, exhausts, stands, rims, seats, etc.) usually ship via UPS Ground. If extra fees apply, we’ll contact you before shipping for approval.

7. Damaged Goods & Claims

  • If your order arrives with visible damage, contact us right away. We’ll help file a claim and work toward the best resolution.
  • For concealed damage or missing items, keep all packaging and notify us within 2 business days so we can start a carrier claim.

8. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention

  • In some cases, we may need to verify payment details—especially if shipping and billing addresses don’t match.
  • Verification may delay shipping by 1–2 business days, depending on how quickly we can confirm info.
