SHOEI describes the V-460 as an all-new visor system for the X2.

A large eyeport gives the rider a broad view through the CNS-2 face shield. The QR-N base plate system is designed for quick, efficient shield changes, making it easier to adapt the helmet for changing conditions. A Pinlock EVO anti-fog lens is included to help maintain a clearer view in damp or cool weather.

Adventure riding can mean slow, effortful trail sections followed by faster open-road miles. SHOEI developed the Hornet X2 ventilation system in its wind tunnel to balance airflow, noise, and day-to-day function across those different conditions. The helmet also includes a breath guard to support shield-area airflow management.

Measure around the largest part of your head, horizontally, about 1 inch above your eyebrows. Use the chart as a starting point, then try the Hornet X2 on and check for an even, secure fit. SHOEI notes that head circumference alone cannot determine fit and that helmet fit can vary by model. When between two sizes, SHOEI recommends trying the smaller size first.

Warranty
