The SHOEI Neotec 3 Anthem pairs a premium flip-up helmet with distinctive multi-color graphics for touring and everyday riding. Its AIM shell, aerodynamic shape, integrated sun visor, refined shield seal, and carefully engineered comfort features support long days in the saddle, while the lift-up face cover adds convenience during stops.

SHOEI research and what has improved

SHOEI uses repeated testing in its large wind tunnel facility to develop the Neotec 3 shape and improve sealing around the moving face cover. Sculpted side covers minimize gaps between the face cover and shell when closed, helping reduce wind and rain intrusion compared with the previous Neotec II design.

• Refined face-cover sealing: An eccentric opening axis draws the cover toward the shell as it closes. A spring-loaded, all-metal locking mechanism helps retain the closed cover.
• Updated fit and comfort: Redesigned cheek pads extend farther toward the rear and contact a wider area for a softer, more secure feel around the cheeks and neck. A noise isolator helps reduce wind entering from below.
• Glove-friendly ventilation: The upper air intake is shaped for operation with gloves. The lower intake supports defogging, and a removable filter helps keep insects and dirt out.
• Expanded sun coverage: The QSV-2 internal sun visor extends 5 mm farther than the QSV-1 used on the previous generation.
• Compact micro-ratchet: The stainless-steel chinstrap buckle is designed to be easier to fasten with gloves.

Shell, safety, and modular function

The Neotec 3 uses SHOEI AIM shell construction and a multi-density EPS liner system. It is DOT certified for the US market. The modular lift-up face cover provides convenient access during stops. Use the helmet in the configurations and according to the instructions in the included manual.

Shield, sun visor, and ventilation

The CNS-3C shield system uses a center lock to improve contact along the sealing edge. A slightly open position allows air to circulate at low speeds. The shield is Pinlock-ready, and a Pinlock anti-fog sheet is included. The QSV-2 internal sun visor moves into view as light changes. Upper and lower intakes work with rear extraction to move air through the helmet.

Interior and communication compatibility

The fully removable interior combines moisture-absorbing, quick-drying fabric in high-sweat areas with soft raised fabric where the liner contacts skin. SHOEI COMLINK provides dedicated space for speakers and a microphone. The compatible SENA SRL3 communication system is sold separately.

How to measure: Wrap a soft tape horizontally around your head about 1 inch above your eyebrows. Move it slightly to find the largest measurement, then use the chart as a starting point. If between sizes, SHOEI advises trying the smaller size first. Confirm snug cheek and crown contact and follow the manual. Helmet fit varies by head shape, so try this model on before riding whenever possible.

Anthem graphics

• TC-3: Yellow and blue.
• TC-10: Blue, red, and white.

Warranty

SHOEI USA lists a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for five years from purchase or seven years from manufacture, whichever comes first. Eligibility and terms depend on purchase source and proof of purchase.
