Cardo VENTURE Integrated Off-Road Helmet
Cardo calls the VENTURE the world's first off-road helmet designed with fully integrated Mesh communication and powerful Sound by JBL. Instead of mounting a separate communicator onto a dirt bike helmet, Cardo built the controls, microphone, speakers, antenna, and communication hardware into a purpose-designed helmet for motocross, enduro, trail, dual-sport, and adventure riding.
The result is a cleaner off-road setup that combines a Kevlar and fiberglass composite shell, LEATT 360° Turbine Technology, four-density impact foam, strong low-speed ventilation, second-generation Dynamic Mesh Communication, and 40mm JBL speakers in one complete platform.

40mm Sound by JBL
The VENTURE includes integrated 40mm Sound by JBL speakers. Because the audio system is part of the helmet from the start, riders do not need to install separate speakers or route wiring behind the cheek pads. The built-in boom microphone supports intercom, phone calls, and voice commands.
Microphone setup: Position the boom microphone directly in front of your mouth with the small black triangle facing your lips. Incorrect orientation can make your voice sound weak or unclear to other riders.
Water and Dust Protection
The VENTURE is designed for demanding off-road conditions, but the individual communication components do not all carry the same water rating. Cardo specifies the remote control and microphone as IP67, the rear main unit as IP54, and no separate ingress-protection rating for the speakers. After heavy rain, mud, or dust exposure, clean the helmet carefully and allow the components to dry fully before reassembly or charging.
