Shipping: We pack orders 7 days a week. Carriers pick up Monday–Friday. The day shown is the earliest your order can ship from Eagle Leather. Orders placed by 12:30 PM PT, Monday–Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. Ground delivery takes 5–7 business days after your order ships. Free ground shipping on orders of $69 or more (lower 48 states).

The FXR Helium Alpha Carbon MX MIPS Helmet combines a lightweight carbon shell with high-flow ventilation for demanding motocross and off-road riding. Choose Aurora, Ops, or Tux graphics in sizes X-Small through 2X-Large.
Carbon Construction and Impact Protection
- Hand-laid, 100% carbon fiber shell minimizes weight, with two shell sizes to support fit across the size range.
- MIPS is designed to help reduce rotational forces in certain angled impacts.
- A dual-density black EPS safety core manages impact energy.
- Titanium D-ring retention provides a secure, adjustable chinstrap closure.
- DOT and ECE 22.06 certified, as specified for this US-market model by Helmet House.
Ventilation and Comfort
FXR's Ultra-High Flow 365 ventilation system promotes airflow during hard riding. The hygienically treated comfort liner is removable and washable, making it easier to freshen up after dusty or sweaty sessions. Replacement liner and cheek-pad sizes are available separately.
Peak and Roost Protection
The high-flow peak is shaped to reduce drag and help deflect roost. An extended rubber nose guard and impact-absorbing chin composite complete the off-road design. This is the MX version of the Helium Alpha Carbon MIPS helmet.
Graphic Choices
- Ops: Subdued black and charcoal graphics.
- Tux: Contrasting black and white graphics.
- Aurora: Blue, black, and white graphics with visible carbon detailing.
Fit and Sizing
Available sizes: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and 2X-Large. Measure around the widest part of your head, just above the eyebrows and ears, keeping the tape level. Bring that measurement when trying on a helmet. The fit should be snug and even, without painful pressure points or excess movement. Check fit with your riding goggles before use.
Warranty
FXR lists a three-year progressive warranty for this helmet, covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. Original proof of purchase is required. Accident damage, normal wear, and improper care are excluded. Contact Eagle Leather with your receipt for assistance with a warranty claim; coverage is subject to FXR's inspection and terms.
