Our 12V heated jacket liner is the perfect addition for any rider wanting complete comfort, regardless of the temperature. Built on a durable, wind-resistant nylon chassis, this liner comes with 7 Microwire-powered heat zones; collar (1), chest (2), sleeves (2), and back (2). It is designed to be worn close to the body, under your outer jacket and over a thin polyester base layer. This configuration will provide the fastest and warmest heat transfer. The Microwire™-powered heat zones come to full temperature in seconds. The liner also serves as "home base" for glove, pant, and sock connections. Get the most out of the liner by pairing with one of our dual zone controllers, like the Dual Controller (Wireless Ready), or the Dual Bluetooth controller that features a "set it and forget it" temperature control technology (measures the internal temperatures, and ramps the heat up or down based on your selected temperature setting). The EX Pro Jacket is a durable, windproof, waterproof, 3-season riding jacket. Coupled together with the removable 12V heated liner (included), this jacket becomes a true 4 season riding masterpiece. Whether you are a daily commuter or a world traveler, this is the ultimate riding kit. Loaded with premium components like YKK zippers, Knox CE rated Armor, 3M reflective and DWR coating, it is an exceptional value. The 12V heated liner has all the features and benefits of our standard jacket liner, plus additional light insulation and a zipper rail that is used to connect the liner to the outer jacket. As with our standard jacket liner, there are connections in an internal stow pocket that are used to connect 12V heated gloves, pants, and sock/insole products.
All Gerbing installations require a Battery Harness and Temperature Controller for operation (sold separately).

LS2 Valiant Helmet
The designers at LS2 took a popular concept, 180 degree flip, and designed a totally new and unique mechanism, allowing the Valiant to be the smallest, lightest helmet of its kind on the market. If the weather is cold, use it as a full-face. Easily flip the chin bar back to talk to your friends. As things warm up, use it as a ¾ open face helmet. No matter how you have it configured, you still get the benefit of a face shield and LS2’s Twin Shield System drop-down internal sun shield. The FogFighter treated fog resistant shield is optically correct, as well as scratch resistant. The comfort padding uses LS2’s Thermo-Form lining. Thermo Form uses heat and pressure to weld the outer material to the inner foam. This avoids the need for glues and other chemicals, and allows the breathable fabric to stay breathable. The liner is removable, washable and hypoallergenic. Fully adjustable dynamic ventilation allows airflow to keep you cool, and control to keep you comfortable. Measuring your head for helmet fitment is the right place to start, but it is only a guideline. Different shapes of heads might require a slightly smaller or larger helmet in any given model. Trying on the model you are interested in is always recommended. A helmet should be as snug as possible, without being so tight that it will give you a headache.
