One jacket for cool starts, warmer afternoons, and long miles in between. The Eagle Leather Premium Maverick combines substantial 1.1–1.2 mm drum-dyed cowhide with a removable insulated liner, controllable venting, practical storage, and an action back designed for the riding position.
Its clean scooter-style front keeps the look versatile, while concealed-carry storage and armor-ready pockets add capability beneath the surface. The Maverick runs about a half size large, so most riders can begin with their normal size and use the exact garment and body measurements below to confirm fit.
Why riders choose the Premium Maverick
- 1.1–1.2 mm drum-dyed cowhide: Substantial leather with color carried through the hide for a durable, consistent finish.
- Zip-out insulated thermal liner: Adds warmth for cooler rides and removes when the weather changes.
- Zippered underarm vents and perforated action back: Let you manage airflow while keeping the jacket on.
- Action back, underarm gussets, and grommets: Provide more shoulder mobility and help reduce restriction at the controls.
- Two zippered chest and two zippered slash pockets: Keep everyday essentials organized and secure.
- Two concealed-carry pockets: Bullet-snap closures and tapered holsters help organize compatible equipment on either side.
- Armor-ready pockets: Accept optional CE-rated armor. Armor is sold separately.
- Side relief zippers: Give you extra room to settle into the riding position.
- Zippered sleeve gussets with snap cuffs: Make glove fit and cuff adjustment easier.
- YKK zippers: Dependable hardware throughout high-use openings.
Size & Fit
Use the Body rows to find your size: measure your chest (or your stomach, if it's larger) and match it to the Chest – body range. The Garment rows show the finished jacket measured flat.
Fit note: the Maverick runs about a half size large and includes a zip-out liner, so most riders take their true size — no need to size up unless you plan to layer over heavy gear.
