Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you haven’t had to put the armor to the test, and hope it stays that way, but we’re sorry to hear the installation was frustrating. Some of the armor pockets are intentionally snug so the pieces stay secure while riding, but they shouldn’t be that difficult to work with. Your note about the hip armor not lying flat is especially helpful, and our team would be happy to take a look or offer an exchange if it still isn’t fitting correctly.
