Tourmaster Synergy BT Pro-Plus 12V Heated Vest

The Tourmaster Synergy BT Pro-Plus 12V Heated Vest adds adjustable warmth under riding gear for cold-weather motorcycle rides. Four flexible carbon-fiber heating elements warm the chest, back, and collar, while a built-in controller and Bluetooth app provide two ways to manage heat. Power it from a motorcycle's 12V system or an optional 12V lithium-ion battery, sold separately.

Heating and controls

• Four flexible carbon-fiber heating elements are positioned at the chest, back, and collar.
• A built-in, waterproof three-setting LED smart touch controller lets you turn the vest on and select a heat level. Bluetooth app control is also available.
• Approximate garment surface temperatures are 126°F / 52°C on high, 113°F / 45°C on medium, and 100°F / 38°C on low, measured at 77°F / 25°C ambient temperature.
• Power draw is 37.2 watts and 3.1 amps at 12V DC.
• An integrated microprocessor and thermal cut-off are built in.

Materials and fit

• The outer shell is 100% polyester soft-shell fabric that is wind-resistant and water-resistant.
• A fixed 100% nylon interior lining adds warmth, while Lycra side panels stretch for mobility.
• Tourmaster recommends a snug, form-fitting fit and wearing the heated vest over a thin layer for effective heat transfer.
• Available in Black from X-Small through 3X-Large. Use the size chart image in the gallery to select a size.

Power and use

Connect to a vehicle's standard 12V battery system using the supplied harness and safety fuse. The optional Tourmaster 12V lithium-ion battery is sold separately. Follow the included Tourmaster Synergy Pro-Plus User Manual and Bluetooth User Guide for setup and safe operation. Tourmaster advises switching the garment off before shutting down the vehicle.

Care and warranty

For washing, place the connecting cord in its storage pocket, close the pocket, and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tourmaster recommends a mesh laundry bag. Do not bleach, iron, or twist the vest. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. The manual lists a one-year limited warranty for the temperature controller, heating elements, and electrical connectors.
