The HJC RPHA 91 Carbon is a premium modular touring helmet designed for long hours in the saddle. Its carbon composite shell, compact chin bar movement, refined ventilation, and low-noise interior make it an excellent choice for commuting, road trips, and everyday touring.
Performance and Comfort
- P.I.M. EVO Carbon shell blends carbon and carbon-glass hybrid fabric for lightweight strength and enhanced impact resistance.
- Dual-axis chin bar pivot keeps the chin bar close to the shell to reduce drag, wind noise, and bulk when raised.
- HJ-37 face shield provides a wide, clear field of view.
- HJ-V17 Dynamic Multi-Step sun visor is anti-fog coated and distortion-free.
- Advanced Channeling Ventilation System and eyebrow vents move air efficiently and support defogging.
- Premium fit interior uses moisture-wicking, quick-drying, anti-bacterial fabric.
- 3D cheek pads and an eyewear-friendly EPS design improve all-day comfort.
- Compatible with second generation SMART HJC Bluetooth systems, sold separately.
- Meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 218 requirements.
- Covered by HJC's 5 year helmet warranty.
Fit and Sizing
Measure around the widest part of your head, just above the eyebrows and ears. Helmet shape and cheek pad feel matter as much as the measurement, so confirm a secure fit with no pressure points.
