LS2 Explorer

The LS2 Explorer is a fiberglass adventure helmet for riders who split their time between paved touring routes and unpaved roads. Its full-face design combines a wide view, a vented peak, and a built-in sun visor for changing light and riding conditions.

Shell and Protection

• High Performance Fiberglass Composite shell with three shell sizes to keep the fit proportionate across the size range.
• Energy-absorbing EPS liner with internal airflow channels.

Shield, Sun Visor, and Peak

A wide eye opening and optically correct Class A polycarbonate face shield provide a broad view of the road. The clear outer shield is included, while the internal drop-down sun visor lets you adapt to bright daylight without changing shields. Large openings in the peak allow air to pass through while the peak helps shade your eyes from low sun.

Ventilation and Interior Comfort

Adjustable flow-through ventilation works with channels in the EPS liner to move air through the helmet. A plush technical-fabric interior and 3D laser-cut cheek pads support comfort on longer trips. This U.S. model has an intermediate oval fit.

Size Chart

Measure around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears, with a soft tape. Use the chart as a starting point and try the helmet on before riding. It should feel evenly snug, stay stable when you move your head, and have no painful pressure points.

Finishes and Warranty

Choose Matte Black for a subdued finish or White for a bright, clean appearance. The Explorer carries a five-year manufacturer warranty, subject to LS2's U.S. terms and the warranty notice on the original packaging. Coverage is for the original purchaser and manufacturing defects; normal wear and crash damage are excluded. Keep your receipt for any warranty claim.
