Sizing:
When sizing chaps, the most important measurement is the thigh! Both the waist and length are adjustable.
Waist is adjustable via a four grommet lace adjustment in the back of the belt. This can tighten the belt by four inches or loosen the belt indefinitely.
Length is adjustable by trimming - these chaps have a raw leather end so the excess length can simply be cut off with a sharp pair of scissors.
Thigh should be measured at the widest most point. For most people that is at the very top of thigh, just below the groin. Chaps stretch quite a bit so you want a snug fit on the thigh to start - but don't worry, they will break in and loosen as you wear them.
Size chart note:
The waist measurement shown only includes sizes achievable without adjustments made to the lace panel. Adjusting the lace panel can allow for smaller or larger measurements.
THIGH MEASUREMENT IS MOST IMPORTANT SIZE INDICATOR - waist and length can both be adjusted to fine tune fit
