HJC lists the cheek pad and liner thicknesses by size as follows: XS 30 mm / 12 mm, S 25 mm / 9 mm, M 30 mm / 12 mm, L 25 mm / 9 mm, XL 25 mm / 9 mm, and 2XL 20 mm / 7 mm. Cheek pads are interchangeable.
