HJC i31 Tevis

Open-face comfort with a practical dual-shield setup

The HJC i31 Tevis is an open-face motorcycle helmet for riders who want an airy, easygoing fit for commuting, cruising, and warm-weather rides. Its APC shell, ACS airflow, full-face HJ-43 shield, and integrated dark smoke HJ-V12 sun shield pair everyday convenience with a modern graphic finish.

What has improved over the i30

HJC describes the i31 as an updated design with a more modern shell and improved aerodynamics and ventilation. The new shield lock is designed for a better seal, the adjustable sun shield extends 5 mm farther for added coverage, and the extended cheek area is intended to reduce noise and create a more secure feel.

Key features

• APC shell: HJC's Advanced Polycarbonate Compound blends polycarbonate and ABS for a strong, impact-resistant shell with a lightweight design.
• ACS airflow: The Advanced Channeling Ventilation System moves air from front to back to help flush heat and humidity upward and out.
• HJ-43 outer shield: The Pinlock-ready, anti-scratch shield gives a broad riding view and provides 99% UV protection. A Pinlock anti-fog lens is not listed as included.
• Integrated HJ-V12 sun shield: The installed dark smoke inner shield lets you respond quickly to bright conditions without changing the outer shield.
• Comfort liner: Moisture-wicking, quick-dry interior parts help manage perspiration. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and cheek pads are interchangeable across sizes.
• Eyewear-friendly fit: Molded grooves provide room for eyeglass arms.
• Tevis graphics: MC1SF is red and white, MC5SF is black and gray, and MC8SF is black and red. Select a color to view its matching product image.
