The Tourmaster Centurion Lite 1-Piece Suit is a waterproof, breathable riding suit for touring riders who want weather coverage, impact protection, and adjustable comfort in one garment. Its electronically seam-sealed shell, water-shedding DWR finish, extensive zippered ventilation, and high-intensity reflective accents make it equipped for changing conditions on the road.
Construction and weather protection
- 600D polyester main shell: abrasion-resistant, waterproof, and breathable, with electronically seam-sealed construction and a DWR outer coating that sheds water.
- 1680D Ballistic Poly overlays: add abrasion-resistant reinforcement in impact zones.
- Aramid four-way stretch panels: support movement and articulation while riding.
- Waterproof YKK Aquaguard zippers throughout: help protect closures from wet weather.
- Genuine leather inner-leg panels: provide an additional protective layer in this high-contact area.
Impact protection
- Armanox CE Level 1 armor is included at the shoulders, elbows, knees, and back.
- EVA foam hip padding is included, with pockets for optional hip armor.
Ventilation, visibility, and adjustment
- Zippered vents at the arms, underarms, chest, back, and concealed center front offer airflow options. The oversized chest vent provides direct airflow when open.
- High-intensity reflective accents are positioned around the suit for 360-degree visibility.
- A waist belt with a hidden stretch panel, sliding arm take-up straps, and extra-large hook-and-loop cuff closures let you adjust the fit.
- An extra-long front zipper makes the suit easier to put on and take off.
Storage and sizing
