Integrated Cardo communication for select SHOEI helmets

The Cardo PACKTALK-S is a helmet-integrated communication system made specifically for the SHOEI NEOTEC 3, GT-AIR 3, and J-CRUISE 3. Its clean fit brings rider communication, music, phone audio, and navigation prompts into compatible helmets, with 40 mm Sound by JBL speakers and voice control for convenient use on the road.

Communication and audio features

• 2nd Generation Dynamic Mesh Communication: Join groups quickly with automatic reconnection when riders move out of range and return.
• Group communication for up to 31 riders: Connect with a large riding group. Cardo lists a maximum range of up to 1.6 km (1 mile) between two units under ideal conditions; terrain and interference affect real-world range.
• 40 mm Sound by JBL: Hear music, navigation, calls, and intercom audio through the helmet's integrated speakers.
• Natural Voice Operation: Use voice commands for hands-free control of supported functions.
• Bluetooth 5.2 and cross-brand connectivity: Pair with phones and connect by Bluetooth with other major-brand communication systems. PACKTALK-S also works with Cardo DMC systems.
• Over-the-air updates: Update software through the Cardo Connect app without a cable.
• IP67 waterproof rating: Built to withstand wet riding conditions.
• Fast charging: A 20-minute charge provides up to 2 hours of talk time. A full charge takes about 2 hours.

Helmet compatibility

Designed for SHOEI NEOTEC 3, GT-AIR 3, and J-CRUISE 3 helmets only. It is not a universal-fit helmet communication kit. Confirm your helmet model before ordering.

Installation and use

The system integrates into the compatible SHOEI helmet and can be installed at home or by a dealer. Use the Cardo Connect app to manage settings and install over-the-air software updates. Do not attempt to open the unit or replace its battery, as disassembly can compromise its waterproofing.
