This is the Cardo PACKTALK NEO Duo: a two-unit package for two helmets. Equip a rider and passenger, or two riders on separate motorcycles, with mesh intercom, JBL audio and hands-free voice control in one purchase. Eagle Leather part number 1403-0207-02 corresponds to Cardo Duo model PTN00101.
Two Complete Communication Setups
The Duo includes two PACKTALK NEO communicators with helmet audio and mounting equipment for both users. Each setup includes 40 mm Sound by JBL speakers, a hybrid/boom microphone and a wired microphone, a clamp and cradle, an adhesive mounting plate, and installation pads and fasteners. Choose the microphone and mounting method suited to each helmet.
Stay Connected on the Ride
- Second-generation Dynamic Mesh Communication: Easy group pairing and a self-healing connection help keep the conversation together as riders move apart and rejoin.
- Up to 1 mile / 1.6 km rider-to-rider range: Actual range depends on terrain, obstructions and riding conditions.
- Bluetooth 5.2: Connect to a phone or compatible GPS for calls, navigation instructions and music.
- Intercom compatibility: Connect with other Cardo DMC systems or use Bluetooth intercom with compatible headsets from other brands. Features vary with the connection method.
JBL Sound and Hands-Free Control
40 mm JBL speakers, selectable audio profiles and automatic volume control deliver audio suited to changing riding conditions. Natural Voice Operation lets you use supported commands by saying "Hey Cardo," while a control roller provides convenient manual adjustment. Built-in FM radio offers another listening option.
Weather Protection and Battery
- IP67 waterproof construction for use in wet conditions.
- Up to 13 hours of talk time per unit.
- Approximately two hours for a full charge; a 20-minute fast charge provides up to two hours of talk time.
- Clickable cradle mounting. PACKTALK NEO does not support charging while riding.
Setup and Helmet Fit
Install one unit and audio kit in each helmet, following Cardo's instructions. Check speaker recess clearance and microphone placement before installation. Use the Cardo Connect app to configure settings and install available over-the-air software updates before pairing. Helmets are not included.
