Our helmet return and exchange policy is designed with rider safety as our top priority. Because helmets are engineered to protect in the event of a single impact, we can only accept returns or exchanges on helmets that remain in brand-new, unused condition. This ensures every rider receives a helmet with its full, original protective qualities. While most riders get a good fit by following manufacturer sizing, everyone’s head shape is a little different—so we usually recommend wearing the helmet in-store for about 10–15 minutes to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
