I am always size large on helmets, but when I tried XL it fit me better. Unfortunately the sales person convince me I should go size L.
Initially the size L helmet is fine hut after 20-30 minutes I am miserable. I attempted to exchange but it appears sales will not take exchange because its now considered a used item. I jokingly I will have to sand off the inside of the helmet for better fit or add pads. Surprisingly they agreed. Reluctantly I had no choice to do so because I could not get an exchange, else I am stuck with a terrible fitting helmet.
I wasted $500 for a helmet that I cannot use. I am unhappy with this helmet, but mostly I am disenchanted with Eagle Leather.

Our helmet return and exchange policy is designed with rider safety as our top priority. Because helmets are engineered to protect in the event of a single impact, we can only accept returns or exchanges on helmets that remain in brand-new, unused condition. This ensures every rider receives a helmet with its full, original protective qualities. While most riders get a good fit by following manufacturer sizing, everyone’s head shape is a little different—so we usually recommend wearing the helmet in-store for about 10–15 minutes to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
