I like the price point, and the Tour master name has always given me confidence in the product's quality.
As a n MSF Rider coach, My only criticism is not directed only at Tour master. Every mfg. needs to level up the field with inside liners to keep the rider's clothes dry, and more retroreflective accents on the outside to keep the rider as visible as possible.
