HJC i31 Solid

HJC i31 Solid Open-Face Helmet

The HJC i31 Solid is an open-face helmet for riders who prefer a broad field of view and easy, everyday wear for commuting, cruising, and street riding. Its Advanced Polycarbonate Composite shell, wide HJ-43 shield, and integrated HJ-V12 sun shield combine practical coverage with the open feel of a three-quarter helmet.

Shell and safety

• Advanced Polycarbonate Composite shell developed with CAD technology for a comfortable fit and lightweight feel.
• Meets DOT FMVSS No. 218 requirements for on-road motorcycle helmets.

Shield and sun visor

• HJ-43 face shield offers a wide, optically clear view, 99% UV protection, and Pinlock anti-fog lens preparation.
• Improved shield locking system is designed to provide a more stable fit and refined seal.
• Integrated HJ-V12 sun shield helps reduce glare and eye strain, with an adjustable extension that adds 5 mm of coverage.
• The HJ-V12 sun shield has anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings. Retract the tinted visor in darkness or poor visibility.

Ventilation and comfort

HJC's Advanced Channeling Ventilation System moves air through the helmet to help carry away heat and humidity. An extended cheek area is designed to create a more secure fit and help manage road noise. The moisture-wicking interior is removable and washable, and integrated glasses grooves make room for eyewear.

Color choices

Choose White, Gloss Black, Matte Black, Metallic Blue, Nardo Gray, or Titanium. The Matte Black photo shows HJC's Semi-Flat Black finish. Metallic Blue corresponds to Semi-Flat Metallic Blue, and Titanium corresponds to Semi-Flat Titanium. Each color's size options are linked to the matching product photo.

Size chart and fit

Measure around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears, and compare the circumference with the chart below. HJC recommends using its chart as a reference and trying the helmet on to confirm fit. A new helmet should feel evenly snug without sharp pressure points. When gently rotated, it should move your skin with the liner rather than slide independently.

For an in-person fit check, visit Eagle Leather and compare the i31 with other open-face helmets and internal shapes.

Warranty

HJC's limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 3 years from purchase or 5 years from manufacture, whichever comes first. See HJC's warranty terms for coverage conditions and claim instructions.
