The Highway 21 Marksman Flannel combines a familiar plaid shirt look with motorcycle-focused construction. Its relaxed cut, quilted lining and included shoulder and elbow armor make it a practical choice for riders who prefer casual styling with useful riding features.
Materials and Warmth
The 8 oz woven cotton flannel shell has 165G aramid reinforcement at the shoulders and elbows. A quilted inner liner adds comfort and warmth.
Included Protection
- Removable CE Level 1 shoulder and elbow armor meets EN 1621-1.
- A removable PE back pad is included. CE-rated back armor is an optional upgrade, sold separately.
Built for Riding
The action-back panel and shaped cut accommodate a riding position. A snap and YKK zipper front provides a secure closure, while the button-down collar helps keep the collar in place.
Pockets and Everyday Use
Zippered hand-warmer pockets secure small essentials. The interior concealed-carry pocket adds dedicated storage, and chest pockets maintain the classic flannel appearance.

Measure your chest around its fullest part, about 1-2 inches below the armpits. Measure sleeves from the center back at the base of your neck, across the shoulder, over the elbow and down to the wrist. Check reach to the handlebars without excessive pulling.
Warranty
Highway 21 provides a two-year warranty from purchase for the original retail buyer against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear, accident damage and misuse are excluded. Begin a claim with the retailer where you purchased the flannel.
