I had an issue with this falling off my bike on I-5 two days after I purchased it which was really annoying. I stand by my earlier assessment of the product being lackluster at best, hoever, I have to add that Eagle Leather stepped up. Without question they immediately offered to not only replace it, but shipped it to me free of charge. Superlative customer service like this is why I will always shop at Eagle.
