The
Oyster Run is put on the fourth Sunday of every September by an
organization called Biker Friendly. The town becomes a sort-of biker
haven for the weekend with numerous businesses in the area opening their
doors to welcome all the riders. Many who travel to Anacortes for the
Oyster Run end up staying the entire weekend to enjoy the motorcycle
culture and make new riding friends.
