Eagle Leather’s Sewing Department Repair Information:
Q: Do you repair items not purchased at your store?
A: Yes. Most repairs we perform are done on items not purchased from Eagle Leather.
Q: What does it cost to have an item repaired?
A: Prices will vary depending on the repair location and complexity of the garment construction. It is best to bring the item in and speak to a sewing team member directly to get a price.
Q: Can I get a quote by phone?
A: Our sewing team can give you their best estimate based upon the information provided by phone, but please understand without seeing the item these may not be very accurate.
Q: I live far away and cannot bring it in, how do I get a quote?
A: In this case taking pictures and send them to Sales@EagleLeather.com is the most convenient way. However, a video uploaded to YouTube with the link shared will provide a lot more information because you can show and tell us what your expectations are.
Q: I live far away; can I ship my item for repair?
A: Yes, you can. Just include a note so our receiving team can identify it and take it to the sewing team.
Q: I have shipped my item; do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, just select the shipping service you prefer.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Once we have received the item, most repairs are completed within 1-week. If you shipped it, please add 2 weeks shipping time.
Q: What happens if it cannot be completed within one week?
A: We will contact you as soon as we know and explain the reason why. Then you can decide.
Q: What if I need it done fast?A: If you have special requirements, like a shorter time frame than we request, please discuss it with our sewing team. They will do their best to accommodate these requests, but due to demand and prior commitments, may not be able to
