Mary and Marty, two motorcycle enthusiasts, had a seven-year- old son named Bobby. Bobby had eaten all of his Halloween candy by Monday afternoon.
“I’ve got lots of quarters, nickels, and dimes that people gave me instead of candy. Will you take me to the candy store so I can buy more candy with it?”
“Sure,” Marty said. “Grab your helmet and let’s go.”
At the candy store, Bobby put his change on the counter and began pointing at the items he wanted.
The store owner said, “Don’t you think you should give that money to charity instead of spending it on chocolates and other candy?”
Bobby answered, “I’ll buy the candy and give you the money and then you can give it to charity.”
