Helmet and Headsets Open House

“My spouse rides pillion and says it would feel a lot safer if we could communicate with words rather than gestures and pokes in the ribs. What communication system will work best for us?”

“We each have our own motorcycle and often ride with our three adult children. We’d love to be able to communicate easily within our little group. Can you recommend a communication system that will suit our needs?”

“I know my helmet is no longer new, but how soon should I replace it?”

“My helmet isn’t as comfortable as I’d like it to be especially on long rides. Are there things I should pay attention to when I’m trying on new helmets to avoid this kind of discomfort?”

“What’s new in the area of helmets and communication systems?”

You can get the answers to these questions and to any questions you might have at Eagle Leather’s Helmet and Headsets Open House. The event will be held at the Eagle Leather store on Saturday, February 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Representatives of major helmet and communication system brands will be on hand to answer all your questions. The representatives will each give a short presentation and will be available before and after their presentations for conversations.

Every hour, there will be a drawing so that about $2000.00 worth of merchandise will be given away during the course of the day.

Here’s the schedule as we know it now:

The event will begin at 10 a.m. with coffee and cookies. The first presentation will take place at noon when Mike Tole from Cardo will talk about communications systems and give away a Freecom 2. As of today, we don’t know exactly what the other representatives will give away, but, as we said, it will add up to a couple thousand dollars.

At 1 p.m., Matt Riffe from Scorpion will talk about their new helmets. One of the features you can learn about are the new pockets especially designed to accommodate communication systems.

Tom Connor will tell you about Speed and Strength brand helmets at 2:00 p.m. Michael D from Sena communication systems will follow at 3 p.m. and Eric Wright from Bell helmets will close out the day.

Don’t miss the Eagle Leather Helmet and Headsets Open House. You owe it to yourself to find out all you can about helmets and communication systems. After all, these can be among the more expensive items of motorcycle gear you purchase. Our Open House can help you get the most bang for your buck. And we’ll have cookies and coffee!
